BASEMENT

The basement of the Standard Oil Building is perfectly situated for a Restaurant & Lounge or Fitness Studio. The basement is accessed by four passenger elevators or by a separate stairway leading to the Hope Street Promenade. The elevator lobby and restrooms within the basement have already been improved with beautiful upscale finishes.
